For my limited edition prints, I work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.
My printing partner sources paper from manufacturers who only use wood from sustainable forest management areas. This programme ensures the preservation and protection of biodiversity, the renewal of the forests habitats and decreasing of the impacts of exploitation of forest areas for future generations. The paper made at their mills is certified for the traceability of the wood fibres from an origin of non-threatened forests.
My printing partner also only provides the finest sustainable materials and solid woods for mounts and frames.
For wedding stationary, greetings cards and postcards, I partner with an alternative printing service for more bespoke options. The paper stock I select from them is all FSC certified, recyclable, sustainably sourced, chlorine-free and plastic-free.
This company also only use vegetable-based inks, water-based glue, natural rubber adhesives, compostable plastics, recyclable cardboard and low-power printing processes.
They are also a zero-to-landfill site.

The printing partner I primarily use can provide global shipping for most prints and framed artworks to nearly every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact me and I will endeavour to resolve the issue. Please note, it is only the limited edition prints that are deliverable worldwide. Currently, my mugs, postcards and greetings cards are only deliverable to the United Kingdom.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Following this, orders should arrive within 2 weeks depending upon your region. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, unless you have ordered postcards or greetings cards which are sent 2nd Class via the Royal Mail.
On most product ranges, I can provide duty free delivery to the US, UK and EU. In other regions you may be required to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, I will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that I am unable to replace the edition, I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
